Position: Youth Sports Instructor
Location: Fairfield/Vacaville Area
Hourly Pay: $20 - $22 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Part-time (8-10 hours per week)

Position Summary
On a part-time basis, the Youth Sports Instructor will motivate and coach kids enrolled in ABA’s youth sports programs. Sports may include but are not limited to the following: basketball, football, volleyball, baseball, soccer and track and field. Great job for recent high school grads, college students and retirees looking for seasonal or part-time work.

Share passion & knowledge of sports
Coach children ages 2-13 in multiple sports emphasizing skill development, safety, fair play, sportsmanship, and fun
Must pass a background check
Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation
Take all necessary precautions to protect participants, equipment, materials & facilities
Demonstrates leadership, respect, and professionalism in all interactions
Perform other related duties as assigned

High school diploma
1 year of personal experience with sports; privately or in a school program
Experience working with youth
Ability to motivate and bring enthusiasm to programs
Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
Able to work a flexible schedule (early mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends)
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and be on feet for long periods of time

Previous Coaching Experience
Bilingual/Multilingual
CPR/FIRST AID Certified
