Air Blair Athletics (ABA) is a trusted contractor with the City of Vacaville. Many of the following ABA classes and camps are offered through the City of Vacaville Parks & Recreation Youth Sports Division.

FREE GIRLS ONLY FLAG FOOTBALL CLINIC

Girls flag football is soaring in popularity and is now an officially sanctioned high school sport. During this FREE CLINIC participants learn skills on both sides of the ball including passing, catching, formations, de-flagging and other defensive principles. If your child wants to explore the sport or prepare for league play, check out this FREE program. Mouthpiece is required.

High Performance Program

ATTENTION MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS. Are you looking to improve your skills to better prepare for team tryouts? Start now with ABA's new High-Performance Volleyball program. This co-ed program will help players develop the fundamentals while improving individual skills. Participants will engage in challenging drills, tactical sessions, and match simulations to improve game intelligence and teamwork. Our experienced coaching staff will provide personalized feedback, encourage individual growth, and foster a competitive yet supportive atmosphere. Ages 13 and up

Volleyball Fundamentals

This co-ed program is for players of all levels and abilities and will focus on techniques in passing, setting, hitting, serving, court and game awareness. If your child wants to explore the sport or prepare for league play, this is the perfect program!  Ages 8-13


Sunday Basketball Fundamentals

This Sunday Class is designed for players of all levels and abilities. This class offers an entry level workout that focuses on the fundamentals of shooting, ball handling and defense.

Thursday Ballin’ Basketball

Ballin’ is for basketball players who want to improve their skills. Each session includes development and competition segments. The development portion will focus on the fundamentals of the game. The competition portion will emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship while challenging players mentally and physically.

Ages 8 - 14


Tiny Athletes

Tiny Athlete classes are designed for 2 - 4 year olds and will aid in the development of motor and social skills through sports. Our trained staff will introduce fun drills that will help your child learn sports like basketball, football, T-ball & soccer. Some parent participation may be required.


ABA Flag football development program

Are you looking to expose your child to the game of football but want less physical contact? ABA offers the perfect program! In our Flag Football Development Program participants learn skills on both sides of the ball including passing, catching, formations, de-flagging and other defensive principles. Our goal is to help kids prepare for league play, learn the importance of teamwork, good sportsmanship and above all else have FUN!
