Staff Training & Compliance Center

Welcome to the Staff Training & Compliance Center.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional workplace, all staff are required to complete the following online trainings and reviews.

Required Online Trainings

Each training must be completed by the due date provided. Completion certificates should be submitted to Human Resources.

  1. Sexual Harassment Prevention

    • Learn to recognize, prevent, and appropriately respond to sexual harassment in the workplace.

    • Estimated time: 45 minutes

  2. Concussion Protocol

    • Understand signs, symptoms, and procedures related to concussions to ensure the safety of students, staff, and community members.

    • Estimated time: 30 minutes

  3. Mandated Reporting

    • Review your legal responsibilities as a mandated reporter and learn how to report concerns appropriately.

    • Estimated time: 60 minutes

  4. Violence in the Workplace

    • Gain awareness of workplace violence warning signs and strategies to maintain a safe environment.

    • Estimated time: 30 minutes

Handbook & Job Description Review

In addition to the trainings, staff must review the following documents to stay informed of policies, responsibilities, and organizational expectations:

  • Employee Handbook

    • Outlines workplace policies, benefits, and organizational standards.

  • Your Job Description

    • Provides a clear overview of your role, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

Confirmation of Completion

After completing each training and review:

  • Submit your certificates of completion (if applicable).

  • Sign and return the Acknowledgment Form confirming you have reviewed the Employee Handbook and your Job Description.
