ABA Basketball Program
Air Blair Athletics offers a wide selection of basketball programs. Whether you are looking for an entry level or more advanced workout, we have the programming to meet you needs.
True to Hoop Basketball Training aims to improve all aspects of the player’s game. Sessions are designed to highlight strengths and improve weaknesses. We believe 90% of the game is mental and our training sessions include exercises to get players out of their comfort zone, sharpen their mental game and improve their overall basketball IQ.
We offer one free introductory session to discuss goals to determine which program is best suited to meet your needs.
All skill levels are welcome.
Basketball Fundamentals
Our basketball fundamentals classes are designed for players of all levels and abilities. During this entry level workout participants will learn the basics of shooting, passing, dribbling and defense. Scrimmages will be played to expose participants to game format but will focus on development, learning and FUN. Basketball Fundamentals are offered in Fairfield and Vacaville. Ballin’ Basketball
Our Ballin' basketball classes offered on Wednesday and Thursdays are designed for players who have completed our fundamentals classes and are looking for a more advanced workout. Each session of Ballin' includes development and competition segments.
The development portion will focus on improving skills and the fundamentals of the game. The competition portion will emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship while challenging players mentally and physically.
True2Hoop Basketball
In addition to individual and small group instruction, ABA offers foundational and Ballin' Basketball classes to help sharpen basketball skills. Foundational basketball offers an entry level workout that includes ball handling and shooting fundamentals. Ballin’ basketball classes offer a more intense, fast paced workout that include ball handling and shooting drills, rim attacks and counter moves. Classes are larger than the small group training and give players the opportunity to scrimmage to implement what they learned in a game format.
